Torsten Bloch has been working as a lawyer since 1990 and as a notary in the area of corporate and real estate law since 1997. Before joining Deloitte Legal Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH in 2000 as a managing partner, he worked in the Berlin office of Kärgel & Partner.

The clients of Torsten Bloch mainly include companies from the real estate sector as well as other large and medium-sized companies from Germany and abroad.

As a notary, Torsten Bloch has experience in the notarial documentation and notarial handling of various real estate transactions and construction contracts, in the notarization of the restructuring of companies, in the certification of various capital measures by companies, in the notarial recording of company sales contracts as well as participation agreements and in the certification of transformations and decisions for the approval of company agreements.

Torsten speaks German and English.

Torsten is a member of Berliner Anwaltsverein, Deutscher Anwaltsverein and Arbeitskreis Anwalts-Notare.

Torsten studied law at the universities of Regensburg and Berlin.
