Juan Germán is a partner in the legal services division at Deloitte, Colombia. He has more than 20 years of experience in corporate, contract and commercial law, foreign exchange regulations, financial law, intellectual property, data protection and labor law.

Juan Germán has led numerous restructuring processes of multinational companies at the local and international level. He has also been legal advisor to several international companies. He is currently the legal leader (corporate and labor) of the merger and acquisition and liquidation processes in the country.
