Real Estate. Vito Bisceglie has gained extensive experience in real estate law, assisting Italian and international clients with investing and financing transactions, also through innovative structures and financial tools.

In such context, he has gained specific expertise in transactions involving contribution and/or sale of real estate to AIFs and other vehicles, dealing with all the phases of the related projects, from the structuring of the deal and setting up of the vehicle to the negotiation and closing of the related agreements.

He has also gained significant expertise in the healthcare and  health and social services sector, including with reference to specific sector regulations.

He assists public and private companies and bodies operating in the health, welfare and pension sectors: service providers, investors, financial institutions and social security funds, in connection with the relevant rules and activities and in the context of investment transactions and the implementation, acquisition, restructuring and rationalisation of healthcare and  health and social facilities.

He is a member of the Board of Directors and Coordinator of the Master's Course in “Law and management of health and social services, pharmaceutical law” at the University of Roma Tre. At the same University, he is adjunct lecturer in public law matters.

He has been a research fellow at the Scuola Superiore dell'Economia e delle Finanze.

He is a member of the Scientific Committee of the series “Legislazione degli intermediari e degli strumenti finanziari” - Aracne Editrice.
