Position

From 2003, she is a partner of the law firm Nctm, studio legale associato (tax department), dealing primarily with tax advice for multinational groups, financial intermediaries and private equity funds. She has extensive experience in the following areas: (i) tax advice in acquisition and post-acquisition reorganizations (e.g. Chequers Capital acquiring the Bozzetto Group in 2017; LBO France acquiring  FineSounds Group in 2014; Clessidra S.G.R. acquiring Bitolea in 2012) (iii) merger transactions (iii) management incentives; (iv) transfer pricing; (v) IAS/IFRS adoption. She is statutory auditor of FinecoBank Spa - listed on the MTA equity market - since 2012 and member of statutory auditors of industrial and financial companies since 2000. She is member of the supervisory board established pursuant to Legislative decree n. 231/2001 at some companies.

Career

From 2003 to date is an Equity Partner of the law firm Nctm Studio Legale in Milan. Before joining Nctm, she worked at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati and in 2001 she was seconded to the international tax department of PWC in London. She is author of some publications and speaker at conferences mainly organized by the association and Foundation of “dottori commercialisti” of Milan.

She was admitted to the Registered of chartered accountants (“dottori commercialisti”) in 1992 and enrolled in the Register of dottori commercialisti of Milan in 1995.She is enrolled in the Register of Auditors at the Ministry of Economy and Finance since 1999 and in the Register of Technical consultants of the Court of Milan since 2015.

She received law degree in Economic and Business administration in 1991 from Bologna university (110/110 cum laude).
