Lorenzo Freddi is a Partner based in the Milan office, admitted to the Italian Bar and the New York Bar. His practice focuses primarily on M&A and Private Equity, with a consolidated experience in all areas of corporate and commercial law. Lorenzo Freddi regularly assists industrial clients and private equity funds, both Italian and international, in a variety of M&A transactions, in particular in the tech and infrastructure sectors. He also acquired a significant expertise in commercial contracts, joint venture and partnership agreements, including in the cloud computing industry.

Lorenzo Freddi joined Nctm as Partner in 2024. He previously collaborated for more than fifteen years at the Milan offices and for one year at the New York office of an international law firm of primary standing.
