His clients include Italian and multinational companies. He is the author of articles published by major Italian corporate and business law journals and lectures at conferences and seminars on corporate and commercial law issues.

His main clients in corporate/M&A and compliance are primary world class public and private companies engaged in the Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, Life Sciences and Manufacturing industries.

He practiced in Milan law firms ranking among the largest and most reputable Italian professional partnerships. He joined an international law firm upon its establishment in Milan in 1993, significantly contributing to its growth and was the leading partner of its M&A department in Italy.
