Siragusa specializes in banking, finance, energy and corporate law.  Has developed specific experiences and skills in domestic and foreign project finance transaction, including transactions structured through the General Contractor system, and has advised several lending entities and foreign and Italian companies involved in the sectors of: energy (green and brown field projects), transportation and infrastructures. His clients belong to the following industrial sectors: banking, energy, shipping, transportation and infrastructures (highways, high-speed trains, hospitals, ports, offices, parking, hotels).

Eugenio is Equity Partner of Nctm since 2011.
