Position

Partner Morten Goller works with dispute resolution, including litigation and negotiations, in public procurement, competition law, contract law and constructions, and tax law. He also advises Norwegian and foreign clients on state aid and competition law and has particular expertise on public procurement. Goller has previously worked for the Attorney General (Civil Affairs) and is a member of the Norwegian Complaints Board for Public Procurement. He is admitted to the Supreme Court and litigates regularly before Norwegian courts. Goller also has experience from international arbitration and the EFTA Court.
