Partner Audun Dahle-Nedrelid joined Wiersholm in 2024. He works with bank financing and debt capital markets, as well as restructuring. As a leading expert on debt capital and debt financing, Audun has extensive experience with both bank loans, bond loans and combined loan structures, from both the borrower and lender side for banks, debt funds, PE funds and multinational listed and unlisted companies.
