Position
Malene is specialised in public procurement and has extensive experience in assisting suppliers and clients in large and complex procurement processes. In addition, she has solid experience within procurement law dispute resolution. The advice to clients in the public sector includes quality assurance of tender documents, as well as legal investigations of all types of procurement law issues that arise during the procurement process, and also an assessment of any potential consequences in connection with this. In addition, Malene works on subsequent contract follow-up, as well as conducting a number of assessments of the legality of variations after the contract has been entered into. Malene has worked within a number of sectors including health, defence, ICT, transport, construction and facilities, and consumables. She is a widely used lector and holds a number of lectures and courses within procurement law annually. Malene has also written a number of articles and is co-author in the book “Offentlige kontrakter, Aktuelle tema” published in 2020.
