Wikborg ReinWikborg Rein has a strong track record in advising public sector clients, particularly purchasers and contracting authorities, on the full range of public procurement mandates. In particular, the group has demonstrable strength in litigation, handling procurement disputes, injunctions and appeals. The team is now jointly headed up by Torje Sunde and deputy head Malene Reinertsen. Sunde joined the team in August 2023 from the Office of the Attorney General and brings with him extensive experience litigating public procurement matters, while Reinertsen is a public procurement specialist with notable expertise in advising on large IT procurement projects. Hanne Camilla Zimmer left the team in August 2023.
