Karoline is specialized within employment law and labour law. Karoline has broad experience assisting Norwegian and international clients within various industries in both the private and public sector. Karoline assist clients with a wide spectre of employment law related matters and processes, including downscaling, termination of employments, re-organizations, transfer of undertakings, transactions, and legal counselling related to employment contracts, working hours, holiday/holiday pay, pension, temporary employment, personnel hire, whistleblowing, harassment cases etc. She also works dispute resolution through negotiations and litigation before the courts, and has previously worked as a deputy judge.
