Ioana Cazacu's expertise focuses on employment issues such as individual labour relations, industrial relations and collective negotiations, restructurings, transfer of undertakings, settlement of employment disputes as well as employment law compliance advice. Ioana Cazacu holds a Degree in Law from the University “Titu Maiorescu” of Bucharest and a Licence en Droit from the University of Orléans, Faculty of Law, Economics and Management. She also holds a Postgraduate Certificate and Postgraduate Diploma and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of London.
