New Managing Associates at Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații
Popovici Nițu Stoica & Asociații is pleased to announce the promotion of Justin Anghel (Energy & Natural Resources; Litigation; TMT), Sorin Dincă (Litigation; Public Procurement), Claudia-Alina Salomia (Corporate & Commercial; Mergers & Acquisitions; IP) and Ana Stoenescu (White-Collar Compliance & Defense; Corporate & Commercial) to Managing Associates.
Justin Anghel joined the PNSA team in 2016 and has significant experience in litigation, especially in the energy and telecommunications sector, including commercial litigation. Justin combines the lawyering practice with academic activity, being a teaching assistant both at the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest, where he teaches civil procedure, and Sorbonne Paris 1, where he teaches French corporate law (droit des sociétés) in Bucharest.
Sorin Dincă joined the Firm in 2016 as well. Sorin has extensive experience in litigation, with a special emphasis on proprietary rights dispute resolution. He is also actively involved in corporate and real estate matters.
Claudia-Alina Salomia specializes in corporate & commercial, mergers & acquisitions and intellectual property projects. She is also experienced in compliance/permitting and, generally, regulatory matters. Claudia joined the Firm in 2016.
Ana Stoenescu has 8 years of experience in the PNSA White-Collar Compliance & Defense practice. Ana is a Certified Fraud Examiner and has been involved on all the main fronts of the white-collar projects, from implementing compliance programs, to conducting internal investigations and participating in criminal investigations.
