Bas focuses his practice on commercial disputes. He represents clients both in proceedings before the national courts and in arbitration proceedings, including commercial arbitration and investment arbitration. As a lawyer, Bas gets involved in diverse and complex disputes in an international context.

With a keen eye for detail, strategic insights and an in-depth knowledge of the relevant subject matter, Bas is committed to looking after clients’ interests.

Before joining Van Doorne, Bas worked at an international law firm in Amsterdam and London for more than five years. He has also gained experience as an in-house counsel on a secondment basis.
