Position
In the notarial practice, Daan’s specialty is corporate law and more in particular designing and setting up (international) corporate structures. Daan frequently advises boards of directors and supervisory directors operating in the financial market on the implementation of corporate governance. Daan has extensive experience in providing guidance in (management) buyouts, joint ventures, as well as setting up and financing acquisition structures. Daan has impressive knowledge of cross-border mergers and conversions.

Dutch Law with specialisation in Notarial Law, Leiden University, the Netherlands.
