The firm: Mitel & Asociatii has a longstanding tradition of excellent client service. Since its founding in January 2003, the firm has enhanced its core competency while keeping pace with legislative and hi-tech developments. Throughout its existence, Mitel & Asociatii has been involved in many historically significant transactions. The members of the firm have advised many international corporations and domestic clients on sound transactions on the Romanian market.

The firm currently consists of 26 lawyers, five of them being partners: Sorin Mitel, Madalina Paisa, Magda Dima, Serban Suchea and Ioana Negrea, all offering a balanced combination of youthful energy and solid deal experience.

Areas of practice
Mergers and acquisitions: is at the heart of Mitel & Asociatii, representing a significant part of the firm’s practice.
