CHABERT is the co-head of the Civil and commercial litigation and White-collar crime - Compliance Departments.

A specialist in legal proceedings applied to commercial litigation, he has developed solid experience in conflicts between partners, liability of company directors, unfair competition, compliant delivery, defective equipment, etc.

He has also developed particular expertise in criminal business law to assist company directors who are victims of crime (fraud, breach of trust, forgery and use of forgeries, etc.) and defend them personally for complex financial infractions.

Alexis CHABERT holds a master’s degree in Business Law and a DESS postgraduate qualification in Community Business Law from LYON III University.
