Amaury DUMAS-MARZE is a partner within the « Distressed companies - Restructurings » department. Amaury assists distressed companies, administrators and judicial representatives, as well as rescuers. More specifically he works : with distressed companies : facing either preventive (ad hoc mandate, conciliation), or collective insolvency proceedings (safeguard, judicial recovery), with court-appointed receivers and trustees in the context of insolvency proceedings carried out under the mandates entrusted to them, on the occasion of company takeovers (monitoring of the tender procedure, legal, financial and tax structuring of takeover operations).    

Anna MILLERET-GODET

Anna MILLERET-GODET is a partner in the firm’s “Employment law – Social welfare Law” department. Anna advises French and international businesses on their strategic corporate reorganisations, including mergers and acquisitions, site closures, business transfers and other asset disposals. Anna is also recognised for her expertise in providing legal support to companies in connection with evolving staff working conditions (whistleblowing and internal investigations, CSR, GDPR, international mobility) and changes in workforce numbers, through the implementation of job protection plan (“PSE”) or voluntary redundancy plans. Brice BRIEL is a partner and co-head of the Employment law – Social welfare law department. Gaëlle MERLIER

Gaëlle MERLIER is co-head of the Life Sciences Department. Gaëlle’s expertise spans advisory work on regulatory and contractual matters as well as the management of complex, serial litigation in commercial matters and health product liability. She also assists her clients during criminal investigations and in their dealings with the health authorities (particularly in the context of ANSM, DGCCRF, DDPP inspections, etc.). Furthermore, Gaëlle advises her clients on mergers-acquisitions and investments in the health sector (pharmaceutical companies, medical device manufacturers, clinical laboratories and other regulated health professions). Hélène VEY-MORIT

Hélène VEY-MORIT is a partner in the firm’s « Competition - Distribution » and « Civil and commercial litigation » departments. Nathalie PEYRON is co-head of the Property Department with Benoît BOUSSIER. Thomas AMICO is a Partner and co-head of the Litigation Department.
