The acquisition includes the gum brands Trident, Stimorol, Hollywood and V6. The transaction closed on October 1, 2023. Homburger AG acted as Swiss counsel to Perfetti Van Melle on this transaction. The Homburger team was led by Daniel Hasler and included Simone Schmid (both Corporate / M&A) as well as Jeremy Reichlin (Employment and Executive Compensation).
