Homburger advised TEMENOS on the issuance of CHF 200 m Bonds
The bonds will be listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. Homburger acted as counsel to TEMENOS. The Homburger team consisted of Dieter Gericke (Corporate / M&A) and Eduard De Zordi (Capital Markets).
