Homburger acted as counsel to UBS Switzerland AG in its capacity as mandated lead arranger, sole bookrunner and original lender in connection with two Swiss law-governed revolving credit facilities agreements in an aggregate volume of CHF 3.6 bn with Alpiq Holding AG as borrower and an international syndicate of banks as lenders for, inter alia, the groups’ liquidity needs.
