Position

Anisha is an Associate in the Intellectual Property & Commercial team.

She advises clients across a number of sectors, with a particular focus on the not-for-profit and higher education sectors. Her experience includes advising on a wide range of intellectual property assets, commercial contracts and commercial regulatory issues, including a keen interest in state aid law.

Career

Before joining Farrer & Co, Anisha worked for the British Museum as a trainee curator and as Sackler Scholar of Ancient Iran. One of the things she enjoys most about her work is advising clients on how to solve complex legal problems, whilst helping them to achieve their goals and make a positive impact.

Memberships

Anisha is Honorary Secretary of Westminster and Holborn Law Society.

She was also awarded the 2017 Gamlen Prize by The City of Westminster & Holborn Law Society for outstanding performance on the LPC.

She holds an MA from the Courtauld Institute of Art and a curatorial diploma from the British Museum.
