The firm
Founded in 1995, Bersay brings together around 50 highly qualified lawyers, offering strateging expertise in the main areas of business life in contentious an non-contentious matters, for a wide variety of private and public entities and investment funds in an international and national context.

Sinc its creation, bersay has had the goal of serving its clients abroad as well as in France. International work is a very significant part of the firm's activity. All our lawyers  work in French and in English and most of them work in at least a third language (Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Hebrew).
