Mr Yngve Bustnesli has in-depth knowledge of the oil & gas industry, and is recognized as one of the leading Norwegian practitioners within petroleum law and offshore contracts. He has extensive experience with the various offshore contracts including seismic agreements, drilling contracts, rig hire and rig sharing agreements, tie-in agreements, licence transactions and due diligences, unitisations and redeterminations, third party access to infrastructures, gas sales contracts, decommissioning projects and the applicable petroleum legislation.
