Sonny advises Swedish and international clients in real estate law related matters and projects.

His day-to-day work includes real estate transactions, development projects and joint ventures. As part of this, Sonny regularly assists clients in matters and negotiations regarding development and exploitation agreements, detailed development plans, land parcelling, transfer agreements, lease agreements and usufruct and easement matters. Furthermore, he has vast experience from complex development projects and handling of various legal and commercial issues that arise in such projects. He also has experience in proceedings related to detailed development plans and building permits.

Sonny assists several large property companies in all their real estate related matters on a regular basis. Through his work Sonny has obtained a high level of experience and knowledge of the requirements and commercial interests in the real estate sector. It is important for him to contribute to the clients’ business through straight forward and high-quality solutions in all matters.
