Åsa is leading the way as head of Setterwalls’ team within Employment Law and Pensions.

Boasting an impressive career that extends over two decades, Åsa has established herself as a highly regarded advisor and the go-to consultant for numerous key clients, including major Swedish and international corporations and public authorities. Åsa assists clients within all areas of employment and labour law, including disputes and discrimination cases. Her expertise lies in handling commercially critical and complex matters for clients, but she also assists in day-to-day issues relating to work environment, employment contracts and terminations. In addition, Åsa is a sought-after counsel and arbitrator in labour law litigations.

Åsa’s guiding principle is to dare to be pragmatic and personal, and that her advice should always be tailored to clients’ specific business and operational needs. Additionally, Åsa had the honour of leading the daily operations of Setterwalls for several years in her role as Executive Partner and is currently a member of Setterwalls’ board of directors. In addition, she has for many years been a member of board of directors of the Swedish Bar Association.
