Johannes Ericson is one of the leading dispute resolution practitioners in Sweden.
Johannes has an extensive experience in dispute resolution and represents clients in their most challenging disputes, regardless of industry or business sector.
He has acted as counsel in numerous disputes, including in the Swedish Supreme Court, encompassing a wide range of areas such as M&A, Energy, Automotive, securities and finance, audit, supply, insurance, professional liability as well as directors and officers liability.
Johannes has also acted as counsel in numerous arbitration proceedings under various rules and institutions, such as the SCC, the ICC and UNCITRAL.
