Hans is leading the way as head of Setterwalls’ Construction Contract Law Team and focuses his business primarily on legal matters related to a wide variety of construction projects.

Boasting an impressive career spanning over two decades, Hans has established himself as a highly regarded advisor and the go-to consultant for major Swedish and international construction companies, companies active within the energy and transport sector, as well as Swedish public authorities. The issues typically concern either disputes, new contracts or relate to advice under active contracts for the relevant industry sector, facilities or housing projects in Sweden, or abroad.

His legal background is rooted in arbitration and court proceedings representing major clients with multiple disputes in various venues and he has significant experience of Swedish as well as international disputes.

Beyond the courtroom, Hans shares his wealth of knowledge by regularly holding lectures on procedural and construction law.
