Kristina focuses her practise mainly on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate law, reconstruction cases  and all forms of alternative investments. 

Throughout her distinguished career, Kristina has been instrumental in guiding key clients through significant restructurings, investments, and ownership changes. She is continuously sought after as a trusted advisor to major Swedish and international corporations, banks, and other financial institutions. Kristina works on a continuous basis with institutional investors, seeking her expertise in reviewing and negotiating alternative investments, co-investments, joint ventures, and other significant projects.

Notably, Kristina holds memberships in both the Swedish Bar Association and the Law Society of England and Wales. From 2016 to 2020, she also had the privilege of leading the day-to-day operations of the firm, as Executive Partner.
