Career

Antonio is a tax lawyer with over 12 years of experience in taxes. He joined KPMG Chile in October 2022 as a Direct Entry Partner from B&G Abogados where he was a founding partner.

Antonio began his professional career at a Big Four (EY) in Chile in 2008, in the International Tax Department where he worked for 10 years. During that time he worked in EY's New York office, where he reopened the Andean Desk for transactions with Argentina, Chile, Colombia and Peru.

In 2018 he founded a boutique Tax Law firm, Bruzzone y González where he assisted multinationals and companies based in Chile on complex tax issues in the areas of cross-border investments, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and application of double taxation agreements, taxation of the digital economy, among others.

Within his more than 12 years of experience, Antonio has assisted multinational groups in inbound and outbound investments to and from Chile, with a business-oriented approach to ensure that tax structuring is properly aligned and efficient with the requirements of each particular transaction.
