KPMG in Chile acts for large multinational corporations and medium-sized enterprises from the banking, mining, forestry, automotive, manufacturing,  transportation, technology, energy and communications sectors. The 44-strong tax group covers domestic and international tax advice, tax-related dispute resolution, corporation tax, and labour and expatriate tax services. It also fields experts in transfer pricing, capital markets, reorganisations and transaction-related tax work, including tax due diligence, acquisition structuring and financial model reviews. Among the practice’s several experienced practitioners, senior partner Francisco Lyon is an international corporate tax specialist; Andrés Martínez advises Chilean and multinational clients on corporate and international taxation; Juan Infante's experience includes public and private tender offer processes, inbound and outbound investments, and administrative procedures before Chile’s tax authorities; Luis Seguel is the firm’s tax dispute and conflict resolution leader; and Alberto Cuevas is a former tax policy coordinator at Chile’s Ministry of Finance.
