Florence has recently advised in numerous transactions for private equity funds, having acted for purchasers and vendors including assistance through auction process, (vendor) due diligence and transactional work. Florence has also recently advised in a number of joint venture transactions in the energy and telecommunications sectors. She is often called upon by major international law firms for the Belgian aspects of their corporate work.

Florence graduated with a law degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2007. As part of her studies, she participated in the Erasmus Exchange Programme in Law at the University of Aberdeen in 2006. She obtained an LL.M. in Commercial Law from the Erasmus University of Rotterdam in 2008 and was admitted to the Brussels Bar in the same year.
