• Commercial Contracts & Litigation : La Gro’s corporate attorneys specialise in Dutch and international contract law, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as distribution, franchise, partnership, shareholder, and management contracts. We advise on commercial disputes, aiming for resolution through negotiation or litigation if needed. We cover multi-jurisdictional pharmaceutical patent/SPC matters, regulatory issues, marketing authorisations, clinical trials, competition, procurement, data protection, real estate, product liability, and guidance with regulators (IGJ, NZA).
