Arkadiusz’s practice focus is media, internet, new technologies, advertising, and intellectual property law, as well as protection of personality rights.

He provides legal support to clients providing online services on digital services and content projects, including projects involving the implementation of the Digital Services Act.

He advises firms in the artistic industry on protection, legal use, and distribution and licensing of content that is subject to exclusive rights. He advises broadcasters and television operators, video viewing platforms, VOD and OTT platforms, and other electronic media firms. Arkadiusz works on e-commerce and electronic services projects.

He is experienced in working on cross-border projects.

He represents clients in court cases concerning copyright and related rights, and personality rights, where breaches occur online.

At TKP, he is involved in work of the TMT practice and the Media Communication & Entertainment team.

He has authored publications on civil law and new technologies and intellectual property law, and has spoken at numerous academic conferences. He was named winner of the XII competition for the best academic paper on intellectual property, held by the Polish Patent Office.

He advises clients in Polish and English.

He is a member of the New Technologies Law Association, made up of lawyers specializing in TMT.

He studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University, and is a member of the Cracow Bar Association.
