Attorney-at-law specializing in public procurement law and commercial contract law, with a special focus on IT contracts.

At TKP, Piotr deals with TMT practice, as part of the IT-Tech and Public Procurement law team. He has more than ten years’ experience advising the largest contracting authorities and leading IT suppliers, and also advises on dispute resolution.

He has frequently spoken at national industry conferences and training for IT firm representatives and firms bidding for tenders. He has authored numerous publications on public procurement and IT contracts. Piotr is a postgraduate course lecturer on public procurement law at the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Piotr speaks Polish and English.

Piotr is a consultant on public procurement law at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications.

He studied at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin and the Center for American Law Studies at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He also completed an English law course organized by the British Law Centre. He is admitted to the bar in Warsaw.

He has received training and certification: AgilePM Foundation and Prince2 Agile in project management.
