Position

Victor-Alexander Martins Kuenzel is a Partner in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on Real Estate and Property Business Law.

When working with his clients, it is particularly important to him to combine legally and technically sound advice with a commercial understanding of the client's business.

His ability to understand the needs of his clients and to provide them with a legally sound solution that optimally takes these needs into account, especially from an economic perspective, is particularly appreciated by them. His uncomplicated and goal-oriented advice is equally appreciated.

His clients include investment companies, hotel chains, nursing home operators, project developers, real estate companies and companies in the social networks and Healthcare sectors.

He is particularly recommended as an expert in Real Estate Business Law and private Construction Law. This also applies with regard to real estate projects abroad (especially Portugal).
