Jonna Aldick

Simon Assion

Dr Simon Assion, CIPP/E is a Partner in the Fieldfisher offices in Frankfurt am Main and Berlin, where he advises on Technology and Information Law. He advises companies on all aspects of Information, Communications and Technology Law. He also represents companies in court, in negotiations and in dealings with authorities. His aim is to provide not only answers but also solutions to all legal questions relating to the information society. He is familiar with all relevant laws and areas of law, including in particular Data Protection and Data Law, Telecommunications Law, and Media and Competition Law. Many of his cases and projects break new legal ground, e.g. because they involve a new technology or business model, or because a new law is being created. In such cases, he advises creatively, pragmatically and with a focus on risk. Christian Bahr

Sara Bandehzadeh, , LL.M. (San Francisco)

Sara Bandehzadeh, LL.M. (San Francisco) is a partner in Fieldfisher's Hamburg office and advise on all aspects of Corporate and Commercial Law, with a focus on Commercial and Distribution Law in recent years. She supports national and international companies with a focus on drafting distribution agreements, advising on cross-border distribution structures and the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement of and defence against claims for damages and compensation in connection with distribution agreements. In close cooperation with our Competition Law team, she advises companies on structuring their distribution systems in compliance with Antitrust Law. Her range of advice also includes the drafting and negotiation of commercial agency, reseller and other distribution agreements as well as complex purchase, framework supply contracts, MSAs and cooperation agreements. In addition, she regularly supports her clients in the drafting and review of general terms and conditions and conflict of laws issues. Danny Baron

Danny Baron is an Associate in the Fieldfisher offices in Hamburg and Frankfurt and advise on Tax Law. He specialises in all corporate tax matters and issues relating to international tax law. He advises our clients from a tax law perspective, primarily on M&A and real estate transactions as well as tax-optimised restructurings. Dr. Johannes Baur

Sascha Dethof

Philipp Duncker

Philipp Duncker is a Partner in Fieldfisher´s Munich office and advises on complex Litigation, particularly before international arbitral tribunals. He has 15 years of experience in representing his clients' interests before (arbitration) courts and in out-of-court dispute resolution. His philosophy is that the best dispute is the one that can be settled quickly and inexpensively without the involvement of a third party. If formal proceedings are nevertheless necessary, he conducts them efficiently and always with due regard to the economic significance of the dispute. The main focus of his work is on disputes in the Automotive sector as well as in the Energy sector and in connection with large, international infrastructure projects and in the Insurance sector. Robert R.C. Frühling

Robert R.C. Frühling is a Senior Associate in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on all areas of private and public construction and Architectural Law as well as Real Estate Business Law. Bettina Geuder

Johannes Knop

Dr Johannes Knop is a Counsel in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on all Corporate Law issues. Kai-Oliver Krüger
