Position
Jonas Klima, MBA is a Counsel in Fieldfisher's Hamburg office and focuses on Corporate Law and M&A transactions.
He advises national and international companies on general Corporate Law issues and assists in comprehensive M&A transactions. In addition, he supports our clients in project financing issues, in particular in the context of Real Estate transactions.
Education
He studied law in Gießen and Hamburg and obtained an MBA from the Nordakademie in Hamburg.
He was admitted to the bar in 2014.
