Position
Bujar Preteni is an Associate in Fieldfisher's Dusseldorf office and advises on Corporate/M&A.
A particular focus of his work is advising on national and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures as well as in the area of private equity and venture capital.
In addition, he advises on national and cross-border restructurings, corporate disputes and directors' and officers' liability.
Our clients include national and international corporations, financial institutions, private equity funds and high net worth individuals, in particular from the Payment, Technology, Chemical, Automotive and Healthcare sectors.
Career
Before joining Fieldfisher, Bujar Preteni worked as a lawyer in a German corporate law firm.

He advises our clients in German and English.
Education
During his studies and legal clerkship, he worked as a research assistant and trainee lawyer at international corporate law firms and for an international energy company.
