Dr Sven Labudda is a Partner in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on all aspects of Corporate, Investment and Capital Markets Law.

A particular focus is on advising listed public companies and their governing bodies as well as funds, their management and fund initiators. He represents his clients in takeovers, equity and debt capital market transactions, venture capital investments, setting up funds and fundraising as well as in general questions of capital market, financial and fund regulation.

Many of his clients are companies and entrepreneurs active in the Technology sector. He therefore regularly represents FinTechs and InsurTechs and, more recently, blockchain technology companies on regulatory and liability issues.

Before joining Fieldfisher, he was a lawyer at other international law firms in Frankfurt and Hamburg.

He advises his clients in German, English and Swedish.

As a member of Fieldfisher's Nordic Desk, he advises Swedish and Scandinavian companies on their business activities in Germany and supports German companies with their foreign investments in Sweden and Scandinavia.

He studied in Münster.
