Dr Fabian Reissinger is a Partner in Fieldfisher´s Munich office and advises on all matters of individual and collective Employment Law.

His special expertise lies in the support of restructurings as well as in advising on the topics of Employee Leasing, Remuneration Systems, Employee Data Protection and Compliance. He has particular experience in the Automotive, Health Care, Financial Institutions, Aviation and Start-Up sectors.

As a specialist in Labour Law, he represents his national and international clients both in and out of court.

He completed his studies at Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and at the Escuela Superior de Economía y Administración de Empresas in Buenos Aires and subsequently wrote his doctoral thesis on a sports law topic under Prof. Dr. Martin Nolte.
