Position

Amelie Meider, LL.M. (USYD) is a Counsel in Fieldfisher´s Munich office and advises on Litigation, both out of court and before state courts or arbitration tribunals.

A particular focus of her practice is on contract and corporate disputes.

She advises and represents clients not only in (arbitration) court proceedings, but also in other dispute resolution options such as mediation or settlement.

Our clients are national and international companies and groups from various industries as well as shareholders and entrepreneurs.

She always finds solutions for our clients that are in line with their interests and makes economic sense by tackling complex issues in an efficient, structured and committed manner.

Education

She studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich with a focus on international and European Private and Procedural Law. During her legal clerkship, which she completed at the Higher Regional Court of Munich, she was able to gain insights into the legal department of a German car manufacturer.

After her legal clerkship, she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Sydney, Australia.
