Counsel, Dispute Resolution

Tobias Kempter is a Counsel in Fieldfisher's Munich office and advises his clients in the Dispute Resolution department in (extra-)judicial disputes.

A particular focus of his work is on advising clients in the context of commercial and corporate law disputes as well as advising on the defence of claims in insolvency proceedings.

In addition, he has in-depth knowledge of sports law as well as experience with regard to cases relating to public procurement law and in the areas of the AWG and AWV reporting obligations. His clients include international and national companies from a wide range of industries.

Before joining Fieldfisher, he worked for several years in the litigation practice group of a major British-American law firm. He also worked as a lawyer in a medium-sized law firm and at the start of his career in a sports law boutique.

He advises our clients in German and English.

He studied at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and at the Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich.

He was recognised by Handelsblatt and Best Lawyers magazine as a "Lawyer of the Future"/"Ones to Watch" 2023 and 2024 for the area of Dispute Resolution.
