Position
Elisabeth Noltenius is a Partner in Fieldfisher's Berlin office and advises on media, online platforms and digital business.
In Media and Entertainment Law, she advises clients along the entire value chain, from financing to the utilization of productions, with many years of experience in drafting and negotiating contracts. She assists providers of entertainment offerings in the legal structuring of their business models, from the modification of utilisation concepts to their revenue streams.
She also specialises in technological consulting for international tech companies and online platforms. She advises online platforms on the further development and design of their business models, project development and contract design as well as on the promotion of their offerings.
A particular focus of her work is in the Digital Healthcare sector, where she supports companies in developing innovative solutions and implementing them in a legally compliant manner.
Her expertise covers data protection, general terms and conditions, consumer protection, compliance, advertising and competition law, contract law and regulatory requirements.
She is listed in the Handelsblatt in cooperation with Best Lawyers among Germany's best lawyers 2020-2023 as a recommended lawyer in the category "Technology Law".
