Sascha Pres advises his international clients from the consumer goods, retail and sporting goods industries on trademark, design, competition and copyright law. In particular, he has many years of experience in competition law disputes concerning (alleged) counterfeit products. His daily work is characterized by the judicial enforcement of claims against infringers as well as the committed and passionate defense against unjustified claims, especially in preliminary injunction proceedings.

In addition, Sascha Pres coordinates complex cross-border litigation proceedings in order to enforce his clients' rights as effectively and efficiently as in the home market or to defend them against attacks.

His other core practice areas are strategic advice on the development and implementation of marketing strategies, product launches and innovative business models. He structures international IP portfolios and designs and negotiates licensing models for the licensing of IP rights. Finally, advice in connection with the protection of trade and business secrets (know-how) is another focus of his practice.
