Alexandra von Bismarck and Matthias Berger jointly head the practice and also assist with competition and copyright-related matters: both have in-depth experience in both prosecution and dispute resolution. The team was strengthened with the addition of Sascha Pres, previously at SKW Schwarz, in July 2024.
