JUDr. Zuzana Meinecke Fábry LL.M. Eur. is a Senior Associate in the Fieldfisher´s Munich office, specialising in Corporate and Energy Law matters with a focus on M&A.

She advises domestic and international clients on transactions, both on the buyer and seller side, as well as on (intra-group) restructuring and transformation processes including cross-border mergers, corporate reorganization, joint ventures and venture capital. Her particular expertise is advising clients on renewable energy projects.

She deepened her experience during a secondment at a leading German project developer and operator of power generating plants. Another focus is on drafting and negotiating various types of contracts, including energy contracts.
