Position
Joscha J. John is an Associate in Fieldfisher´s Hamburg office and advises on all matters of Public Law.
One focus of his work is advising companies on Subsidy and EU State Aid Law.
In addition, he advises public authorities and companies on other European law issues, freedom of information law and general administrative procedure and Litigation Law.
Education
After his studies in Kiel and Bologna, he completed his legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Kiel with stations at the Public Procurement Chamber of Schleswig-Holstein, the Schleswig-Holstein Administrative Court and the German University of Administrative Sciences in Speyer, among others.
