Dr Torben Lang is an Associate in Fieldfisher´s Frankfurt am Main office and advises on Corporate, financial and insolvency matters.

He advises clients on financial and corporate restructurings and reorganizations matters with national and international implications. In particular, he advises on transactions and financing issues in the context of bridge and Real Estate financing.

Furthermore, he has experience resolving commercial disputes, in particular in the field of banking and finance, including complex insolvency disputes. In addition, he also has experience in advising on associated civil and criminal liability risks.

Prior to joining Fieldfisher, he worked for several major international law firms, mainly in the areas of Litigation, Arbitration & Investigation, regularly with reference to financial law issues.

He advises our clients in German and English.

He studied law at the Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and at the Università degli Studi di Milano. After his Second State Examination, he started a doctorate in the field of cybercrime.
